cancellation & refund - policy

• 1st April – 30th September 2026: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival..

• 1st October 2026 – 31st March 2027: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within 5 days of arrival.

Group Cancellation Policy (5 Rooms or More): Any Cancellation must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival; cancellations within 15 days are strictly non-refundable.

Blackout Dates below are strictly non refundable & non - cancellable:

• 14th - 16th August 2026

• 23rd December - 2nd January 2027

• 23rd January - 27th January 2027

Pet Friendly Stay

₹2,000 + taxes per night, including a pet mattress, pet bowl, and 10% off our pet menu. A refundable security deposit of ₹4,000 applies.
